Home Elevation
Mammoth Movers can raise your house to avoid flooding, to enable the building of a ground storey or to take advantage of a sea view.
The raising of a house can bring many benefits and can be life changing for those living in flood prone areas, elevating it to prevent future flood damage and anxiety. Adding a cellar, installing a ground storey, extra ground level covered car-parking or an outdoor entertaining area. House elevation can provide access to “million dollar views” and add significant value to a home, well above the cost of the building raising.
Building Relocation
We are experts at moving structures. We excel at ensuring any type of structure, including those with historical significance, are safely relocated. From moving across town to simply rotating direction at an existing location.
Relocating of existing structures may allow a piece of land to be subdivided or allow for better utilisation of existing space. Or sometimes, the family home has such sentimental value, but its location is impeding progress.

Flood Mitigation
Do you have a timber or masonry home in a flood-prone area? You shouldn’t have to live with the physical, financial and emotional strain of flood risk. No house is impossible to raise. Any height or size, we can get the job done safely and securely. Our team utilises unified hydraulic jack systems that enable us to safely lift a home onto stilts or piers of any height.
We can raise any masonry home or building, in addition to traditional ‘Queenslander’ style houses on stumps. If you have a home constructed of brick or on a concrete slab, you don’t need to rule out elevating your home as an option to mitigate the flood risk.

Undercroft Car Park and Cellar-Basement Installation
Whilst Mammoth can elevate buildings to enable the installation of a car park, our technology can also be utilised to underpin a building at its current height to enable the installation of a cellar or a car park below grade.
This provides a reduced impact on the streetscape whilst maximising site utilisation, exploiting increased floor area for storage or car parks.
Equipment Moving
We have adopted modern compact equipment and techniques which provide increased flexibility when moving unconventionally large or heavy equipment and ensure no stress is transferred to the transported structure. Our equipment enables machinery to be moved in one piece, reducing disassembly and reassembly costs, production downtime and testing and commissioning requirements.
